Withdrawal from the Contract Form

You can submit a withdrawal online or make a statement of withdrawal yourself.

Method of return

You can return the package at your own expense or use the free return courier. *

Packaging

To simplify your task, we have adapted the packaging for re-shipping. Put the returned items in the box, enclose the withdrawal/return form or your own withdrawal statement and, if you can, a copy of the receipt. Close the package.

Please remove all labels from it. Leaving the previous label may result in prolonging the handling of the return or loss of the shipment.

Return of payment

After receiving the filled in withdrawal from the contract/return form, we will refund you the same way as you used to pay for the order or to the bank account if you agree to it. The process may take up to 14 days, but it may be extended until you receive the items back or provide proof of sending them back.

Based on Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council dated 25.10.2011, and According to the content of Art. 38 sec. 1 point 5 of the Act of May 30, 2014, as amended, on Consumer Rights, the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract for hygienic reasons does not apply to goods purchased in the Gomez online store from the lingerie category including: (bras, bodysuits, nightgowns, panties, socks, pyjamas, tights and bathrobes), from the clothing category including swimwear, from the sports category including sportswear.

WITHDRAWAL FROM DISTANCE CONTRACT (CONCLUDED ONLINE)

1. Log in to the Customer Account at gomez.pl, go to the Profile tab and click RETURNS. A list of orders placed by you will appear, select the order that contains the product you are returning and click WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT. If you do not have an account at Gomez.pl, click HERE, fill in the order details and continue.
2. Select the product, enter the quantity and optionally the reason for withdrawing from the contract, and then click NEXT.
3. Select the form of return and method of payment and click NEXT.
4. Read and verify the data and click I WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT.

We realize that online shopping abides by its own rules. There is no possibility of trying on or "tangible" contact with the product. That's why, you may always try on the purchased item and withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of receiving the parcel. For your comfort, we offer two ways of return.

Delivery at your own expense

If you want to return the product at your own expense, feel free to use the package in which you received the parcel. The box got adjusted to be resent. All you need to do is put the returned items, attach signed withdrawal form and, if possible, the copy of receipt. The parcel should be sent to:

We request that the withdrawal form, copy of the receipt (if possible) and returned products be placed in the same parcel.

Please submit your contact information and documents or other information allowing to identify purchase agreement (i.e. receipt, invoice, order number, others) on the withdrawal form. Feel free to use the withdrawal form available below. The form must be signed. Attaching the copy of the receipt or invoice will considerably speed up the process of withdrawal.

Return in the stationary store

If you wish to return the product personally, all you need to do is deliver the returned items together with signed withdrawal form to one of our stationary stores in Poznań or Such Las. The withdrawal form should include the data enabling contact during the process of the return and document or other information allowing to identify purchase agreement (i.e. receipt, invoice, order number, others).

Feel free to use the withdrawal form available below. The form must be signed. Attaching the copy of the receipt or invoice will considerably speed up the process of withdrawal.
